DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND PRACTICE BEFORE THE BOARD
Section 624.711 - Conditions for contractor placed on probation in lieu of suspension or revocation of license to continue existing construction projects; subsequent discipline of contractor

If the Board or its designee has grounds to suspend or revoke a contractor's license or otherwise discipline a contractor, the Board or its designee may place the contractor on probation until the contractor completes the contractor's existing construction projects or portions thereof under conditions deemed necessary by the Board to protect the public, the construction project and the owner of the construction project. The Board or its designee may thereafter suspend or revoke the contractor's license or otherwise discipline the contractor.
