COMPLAINTS SEEKING RECOVERY
Section 624.740 - "Complaint seeking recovery" defined

"Complaint seeking recovery" means a complaint filed with the Board by an injured person pursuant to NRS 624.400 to 624.560, inclusive, and NAC 624.730 to 624.770, inclusive, seeking a monetary recovery from the Recovery Fund.
