Section 623A.410 - Operation of branch office

Upon the approval of the Board, a group or individual landscape architectural practice which has its headquarters in any state of the United States, any province of Canada or any other jurisdiction approved by the Board may operate a branch office in Nevada. Each branch office must be operated by a current registrant in good standing for whom the branch office is his or her principal place of business.
