Section 618.6328 - Consolidation

The Administrator will, on his or her own motion or that of any party to a proceeding, consolidate or contemporaneously consider two or more applications for variances which involve the same or closely related issues if efficiency would result from a consolidation and the parties would not be prejudiced by it.
