Section 618.6325 - Consideration of application made while proceeding on citation pending

If a citation has been issued to an employer and a proceeding on the citation or a related issue concerning a proposed penalty or period of abatement is pending before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Board, the Administrator will not consider an application for a variance from a standard adopted under chapter 618 of NRS until the completion of that proceeding.
