Section 618.538 - Establishment of written safety program

An employer who enters into business in this State after May 18, 1994, shall, within 60 days after the date on which his or her eleventh employee is hired in this State, establish a written safety program in accordance with NRS 618.383 and NAC to 618.544, inclusive.
