Section 618.5287 - Redissolution or disposal of contaminated ammonium perchlorate

Except as otherwise provided in this section, ammonium perchlorate that is known or suspected to be contaminated with an incompatible material must be promptly redissolved. If a redissolution is not practical or prudent, the ammonium perchlorate must be disposed of in a manner that does not create an undue hazard to the health or safety of any person.
