Section 618.6443 - Waiver of penalty prohibited

No employer who allows an inspector to enter a place of employment to inspect, review records or question any person may impose the condition that the inspector or the Chief waive any cause of action, citation or penalty under chapter 618 of NRS. The inspector shall not give any such waiver.
