ABATEMENT OF ASBESTOS

Section 618.893 - "Project for spot repairs" defined

"Project for spot repairs" means any activity for the abatement of asbestos which encompasses not more than 25 linear feet of material containing asbestos located on pipes or ducts or not more than 10 square feet of any other material containing asbestos. The term does not include large projects which are divided into smaller segments.
