Section 616C.095 - Resubmission of request for determination relating to claim; request for determination not precluded by failure to timely request hearing

1. If an insurer fails to respond to a written request for a determination within 30 days after the date on which the request for a determination was received by the insurer, the person making the request for a determination may resubmit the request.

2. Failure to file a request for a hearing within the period specified in subsection 3 of NRS 616C.315 does not preclude a person from submitting to an insurer a written request for a determination.
