Section 610.910 - Sponsor to maintain adequate records

1. Each sponsor shall keep adequate records, including:
(a) A
summary of the qualifications of each applicant.
(b) The basis for evaluation and selection or
rejection of each applicant.
(c)
The records pertaining to interviews of applicants.
(d) The original application of each
applicant.
(e) Information relating
to the operation of the program of apprenticeship, including any assignment of
jobs, promotion, demotion, layoff, termination, hours of work, hours of
training when not at work, rates of pay, other forms of compensation, and
conditions of employment.
(f) Other
records required by the Council.
2. Records pertaining to individual applicants, including those who have been selected and those who have been rejected, must be maintained in a manner which identifies participants who are women or members of minority groups.
