Section 610.980 - Intimidation and retaliation; confidentiality of identity of complainant

1. Any intimidation, threat, coercion or retaliation by or with the approval of any sponsor against any person which is made:
(a) For the purpose of interfering with
any right or privilege secured by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as
amended, or Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended;
or
(b) Because the person made a
complaint, testified, assisted or participated in any manner in an
investigation, proceeding or hearing under NAC 610.510 to 610.990, is a
violation of the standards of equal opportunity set forth in NAC
610.530.
2. The identity of complainants must be kept confidential except when disclosure is necessary to carry out the purpose of NAC 610.510 to 610.990, inclusive, including conducting any investigation, hearing or judicial proceeding arising from NAC 610.510 to 610.990, inclusive.
