Section 610.436 - Guarantees required from sponsors of programs of apprenticeship

A sponsor of a program of apprenticeship shall guarantee in writing that the employer of an apprentice in the program will:
1. Participate in the program;
2. Agree to pay the costs of the program assessed to him or her; and
3. Agree to pay the applicable apprenticeship wage.
