EMPLOYMENT OF WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES AT SPECIAL MINIMUM WAGE

"Special minimum wage" means the wage paid to a worker with a disability, pursuant to a certificate issued by the Division, which is less than the minimum wage otherwise prescribed for that worker by NAC 608.100.
