"Notice of intended action and order to show cause" means a notification and order to show cause issued by the Unit pursuant to subsection 3 of NAC 598.136 directed to a person to show cause why the Unit should not take action against the security on deposit with the Unit and held in trust for consumers injured by the bankruptcy of the person or breach of an agreement entered into by the person in his or her capacity as a registrant pursuant to NRS 598.506, 598.854 or 598.9474.
