Section 588.005 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Custom-mixed fertilizer" means a mixture of two or more registered commercial fertilizers created at the request of a buyer to satisfy the needs of a particular soil or crop.
2. "Department" means the State Department of Agriculture.
