STANDARDS FOR CERTIFICATION OF SOD QUALITY SEEDS
Section 587.3394 - Requirements for labeling

1. The Department shall issue labels for seed lots that qualify for labeling as "Nevada Sod Quality Seed" pursuant to the provisions of NAC 587.3391 to 587.3395, inclusive.
2. A label issued pursuant to subsection 1 must be attached to each container of seed in a manner that ensures that the label will remain continuously attached until the container is delivered to the ultimate purchaser.
