STANDARDS FOR CERTIFICATION OF AGRICULTURAL HEMP SEED
Section 587.487 - Sampling of seed entered for certification; minimum standards

Each lot of agricultural hemp seed entered for certification must be sampled and meet the minimum standards for the class of agricultural hemp seed produced. The Department will draw samples in accordance with NAC 587.180 and 587.190 which must meet the following standards:
