Any other appropriate warning present on the label for the toxic substance must also be included on the label containing the information on the treatment of the seed. The words "Poison" and "Danger" and the symbol of the skull and crossbones must appear in a contrasting color.
2. All seed when treated with a substance classified as toxic or harmful must be prominently colored with a suitable color in sufficient contrast to the natural color of the seed as to make detection that the seed has been treated readily apparent. Coloring so applied must be such that it cannot be readily removed.
