1. No distributor, representative of a distributor or retail store may engage in the unfair practice of extending to certain customers special prices, equipment or services not made available to all customers who purchase dairy products of like quantity under like terms and conditions.
2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 584.582 and 584.583, a distributor or retail store may give discounts on the purchase or sale of dairy products.
