Section 584.5922 - Sale of dairy product by processing distributor at price below cost prohibited

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 584.583, a distributor shall not sell, offer to sell, advertise or bid for the sale of any dairy product at a price less than his or her costs as shown by his or her latest statement of costs on file with the Commission.
