Section 583.590 - Stamp to be affixed to tag; information required on tag

1. The holder of a certificate shall affix his or her stamp to a tag which is attached to a container of shellfish.
2. The tag must include:
(a) The name and address of the holder of the
certificate;
(b) The number of the
certificate; and
(c) Any other
information required by the provisions of the model ordinance.
