Section 583.420 - Nighttime inspections

The Officer must order an examination and inspection of all cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, other equines and poultry, and the food products thereof, slaughtered and prepared in establishments for the purpose of intrastate commerce to be made during the nighttime as well as during the daytime when the slaughtering of cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, other equines and poultry, or the preparation of food products is conducted during the nighttime.
