Section 583.030 - Form of stamps

The approved stamp authorized by NAC 583.020 must be the stamp of the Meat and Poultry Inspection Program of the United States Department of Agriculture indicating that the meat, meat food product, poultry or poultry food product has been processed, inspected and is in full compliance with Regulations Governing Meat Inspection of the United States Department of Agriculture or the approved stamp of Nevada indicating processing in accordance with NAC 583.211 to 583.530, inclusive, and sections 2 to 29, inclusive.
