Section 583.020 - Stamps

1. Each official establishment must be issued a number for use on a stamp. Sufficient stamps bearing this number and the name of the plant must be provided.
2. Stamps must be affixed only by an authorized inspector. Stamps must remain in the possession of the authorized inspector at all times.
3. No other stamp may be used by an official establishment other than the approved stamp.
4. Stamps must be surrendered to the Department when approved inspection services are withdrawn.
5. As used in this section, "official establishment" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 538.375.
