Chapter 581 - Weights and Measures
INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND ADJUSTMENT OF WEIGHING AND MEASURING DEVICES
Section 581.370 - Duties of repairer

A person who installs or makes a repair or adjustment to commercial weighing or measuring equipment or cannabis weighing and measuring equipment used as commercial weighing or measuring equipment shall, within 5 days after installing the equipment or making the repair or adjustment to the equipment, submit to the State Sealer of Measurement Standards a written notification of the installation, repair or adjustment on a form prescribed by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards.
