COMMERCIAL USE OF WEIGHING OR MEASURING DEVICE

A person shall not use any weighing or measuring device as commercial weighing and measuring equipment or cannabis weighing and measuring equipment unless the Division has issued a license for that device pursuant to NAC 581.280 and 581.285.
