Section 576.420 - Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew certificate

The Department may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a certified producer's certificate issued to a person pursuant to NAC 576.300 to 576.440, inclusive, if the Department determines that the person violated the provisions of NAC 576.300 to 576.440, inclusive.
