HEARINGS FOR ADJUDICATION OF CONTESTED CASES
Section 561.460 - Withdrawal of attorney

Any attorney of record may withdraw from representation upon notification to his or her client and to the Board or Department and upon filing a motion with the Board or Department specifying the reasons for the requested withdrawal. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Board or Department may deny the motion if the withdrawal would unreasonably delay the hearing.
