Section 561.400 - Informal disposition of case

Except as otherwise provided by law, the parties may agree through a stipulation, settlement agreement, consent order or other disposition to resolve a contested case by informal disposition. If an informal disposition is made, the respondent waives the right to a statement of findings of fact and conclusions of law from the Board or Department.
