Chapter 555 - Control of Insects, Pests and Noxious Weeds

1. A government applicator may renew his or her license as a government applicator if he or she provides proof satisfactory to the Director that he or she has successfully completed at least 12 units of continuing education in courses approved by the Director within the 4 years immediately preceding the expiration of the license. At least two units of continuing education must be completed in a course relating to laws and regulations governing the use of pesticides.
2. A government applicator may receive credit for the completion of a course of continuing education offered in another state if:
3. For each course for which the government applicator claims one or more units of continuing education, he or she must receive from the sponsor of the course:
4. A government applicator who wishes to renew his or her license may not apply for renewal of the license more than 3 months before the expiration of the license.
