Section 555.360 - Application for license: Primary principal, principal, operator or agent

1. Each application for a license to perform pest control work as a primary principal, location principal, principal, operator, demonstration and research specialist or agent for a currently licensed pest control business must include, without limitation:

An applicant for a license as a primary principal will be notified by the Director whether or not the applicant is suitable for licensure as a primary principal based on a criminal history report conducted pursuant to NRS 555.345. After being notified by the Director of his or her suitability, the applicant must complete all other requirements for licensure and obtain a license as a primary principal in not more than 90 days. An applicant who has not obtained his or her license as a primary principal within 90 days after such notification must resubmit a complete set of fingerprints pursuant to NRS 555.345.
