"Termiticide" means a pesticide:
1. That is registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. § 136 a;
2. For which the brand is registered with the Director under the provisions of NRS 586.250 to 586.300, inclusive; and
3. For which the label provides directions for use to control termites.
