Section 538.260 - Hearings: Consolidation

The Commission or presiding officer may consolidate two or more proceedings whenever it appears that the issues are substantially the same and the interests of the parties will not be prejudiced by the consolidation. The Commission or presiding officer will determine the order of procedure at a consolidated hearing.
