Section 538.100 - Appearances

A party may enter his appearance at the beginning of a hearing, or at any other time designated by the Commission or its presiding officer, by giving his name and address and stating his position or interest to the Commission or its presiding officer. The information must be recorded in the transcript of the hearing.
