Section 538.075 - Scope; power of Executive Director

1. The provisions of NAC 538.075 to 538.330, inclusive, govern all practice and procedure before the Commission.
2. To the extent that any action before the Commission is not covered by the provisions of NAC 538.075 to 538.330, inclusive, the Executive Director may determine the proceedings to apply to the action, including, without limitation, the use of workshops for rulemaking.
