Section 534B.115 - Submission of new application for approval of notice of intent to drill required if drilling not commenced within 60 days

If a well driller does not begin drilling the dissolved mineral resource exploration borehole within 60 days after the Administrator or Division approved the application for the notice of intent, the well driller may not drill the borehole unless the well driller or operator submits to the Division a new application for approval of a notice of intent to drill the borehole and such application is approved by the Administrator or Division.
