Section 534B.530 - Record of proceedings at hearings; cost of transcribing and reporting

A record of a hearing held pursuant to section 37 must be made by a certified court reporter, or in the absence of a certified court reporter, by a person selected by the Administrator. The party designated by the Administrator at the time of the hearing is responsible for the cost of transcribing and reporting the hearing. The Administrator may consult with the State Engineer before making such a designation.
