Section 534A.670 - Depositions

The deposition of a witness for use in a hearing before the Division may be taken in compliance with a stipulation between the parties concerned or with an order of the Administrator. If the deposition is to be taken by order of the Administrator, the parties concerned must be notified by certified mail at least 15 days before the date set for the deposition. The notice must set forth the names of the persons to be questioned, the time and place and the subject matter concerning which they are expected to testify.
