Section 534A.650 - Record of proceedings at formal hearings; cost of transcribing and reporting

At all hearings, the record of the proceedings must be made by a certified court reporter, or in the absence of such a reporter, by a person designated by the Administrator. The cost of transcribing and reporting the hearing must be borne by the party designated by the Administrator at the time of the hearing.
