Section 534A.600 - Docket; numbering of hearings

The Administrator shall maintain a docket for hearings held by the Division pursuant to NAC 534A.590. All hearings must be docketed with any application relating to the hearing and assigned a docket number. A file carrying the number must be maintained by the Division.
