Section 527.310 - Application: Notification of additional or supplementary information needed

1. If the Division requires additional information from an applicant to adequately review an application for a permit, the Division shall notify the applicant within 30 days after the receipt of the application by the Division. The notification must specify the additional information required by the Division.

2. If the Division requires supplementary information in addition to that provided by the applicant in response to a request by the Division pursuant to subsection 1, the Division shall notify the applicant within 15 days after the receipt of the additional information by the Division. The notification must specify the supplementary information required by the Division.
