Section 522.625 - Record of proceedings

At all formal hearings, the record of the proceedings must be made by a reporter, or in the absence of a reporter, by a person designated by the administrator. The cost of transcribing and reporting the hearing must be paid by the parties or by a party designated by the administrator at the time of the hearing.
