Section 522.615 - Depositions

The deposition of a witness for use in a hearing before the division may be taken in compliance with a stipulation between the parties concerned or with an order of the administrator. If the deposition is to be taken by order of the administrator, the parties concerned must be notified by certified mail at least 15 days before the date set for the deposition. The notice must set forth the name of the person to be questioned, the time and place of the deposition and the subject matter concerning which the person will be expected to testify.
