Chapter 504 - Wildlife Management and Propagation
PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY CERTAIN GAME ANIMALS
Section 504.411 - Proof of damage

1. The Department shall develop a form to be used by a claimant to prove damage.
2. The claimant shall submit the form to the Department within 30 days after he or she files the notice required by NAC 504.365. The Department may return incomplete or incorrect forms.
3. The form must be accompanied by:
(a) A statement that the damaged property was
in good repair before the damage.
(b) A statement setting forth the amount of
property damaged, including the amount of material by type that is needed to
repair or replace the property to its condition immediately before the
damage.
(c) An agreement between
the claimant and an investigator of the Department, where possible, that the
damage was caused by elk or game animals not native to this State.
