PRESERVATION OF WILD HORSES
Section 504.865 - Waiver of requirements for grant

Upon the written request of any person who:
1. Submits an application to the Commission requesting a grant from the Heil Trust Fund for Wild Horses; or
2. Is the recipient of a grant from the Heil Trust Fund for Wild Horses, the Commission may waive specific requirements for a grant from the Heil Trust Fund for Wild Horses as set forth in NAC 504.800 to 504.860, inclusive.
