1. An applicant for a license as a guide must describe in his or her application the geographic area, as prescribed by the Department, within which the applicant intends to operate.
2. The Department may authorize a master guide to provide services for big game mammals, fur-bearing mammals, unprotected mammals and all species of game fish, unprotected fish and game birds on a statewide basis.
