Section 504.620 - Master guides: Submission of financial references and credit report; confidentiality of information

1. An applicant for a license as a master guide must provide to the Department:
(a) Financial references; and
(b) Authorization for the Department to obtain the applicant's credit report from a credit reporting agency.
2. Information obtained by the Department pursuant to subsection 1 is confidential.
