Section 503.185 - Transportation of blue or ruffed grouse

A person shall not transport a dusky, sooty or ruffed grouse within this State unless the head or one fully feathered wing remains attached to the grouse from the time it is removed from the place where it was taken until it arrives at the person's residence or a commercial facility for its preservation.
