Section 490.325 - Issuance of certificates of title to certain secured parties

1. Whenever a security interest is created in an off-highway vehicle, other than a security interest required to be entered pursuant to NAC 490.300 or 490.310 or NRS 490.450, the certificate of title must be delivered to the Department together with a statement signed by the debtor setting forth the date of the security agreement and the name and address of the debtor and the secured party.
2. The Department will issue and deliver to the secured party a certificate of title which includes the name and address of the secured party noted thereon.
